Is Lizr a VPN?
No. Lizr only routes specific domains (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) through a regional gateway. Everything else on your device goes direct — no slowdowns, no full tunnel.
Which regions are available?
Hong Kong, UK, and US gateways are live now. Smart auto-routes; Pro and Super can pick regions per pack (and Super can go per-service). More regions coming soon.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Lizr works on mobile. Chill is mobile-only, and Smart, Pro, and Super also support mobile alongside browser or desktop options.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period — no partial refunds, no lock-in.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, and most major credit/debit cards via Stripe. Prices shown in HKD; Stripe converts automatically if your card is in another currency.
